Decodeing Dreams, What do they mean ....

In our dreams we problem solve, the first level of the dream is almost always something we thought or something that happened, our subconscious processes this problem before it reaches our conscious mind. So there are means and methods in which we can attach our dreams to the issues in our lives.

There are 5 steps that can be taken to achieving this....

1. FEELING
We must ask ourselves how we felt in the dream, then what made us afraid.
Scared !
This can sometimes solve the dream.

2. ACTION
This is what occurred in the dream what was your action were
you running, jumping, swimming etc.
i,e "I was trying to run"
we must ask ourselves what are we running from in our
current life, this could be responsibility etc...
Running !
Away from our problems or ourselves.

3. PUN, PLAY ON WORDS

Language and words can effect your dreams, playing out in
pictures. So what we say the day before a dream can play out
in our subconscious.

When using this point of entry you should ask yourself what
happened that day and how that made you feel at the
time.
So...

If the subject says I fell over in the street and was so
embarrassed i felt like I could
DIE !!!!
That night you might dream you died, this does not mean you
are going to die but the language and embarrassment triggered
the subconscious to respond in this way visually.

4. SYMBOLS

To trigger this point of entry you need to ask
yourself quick fire questions i,e Where was you in the dream
and how does that place make you feel?. Then answer these
questions quickly.
Symbols can also apply to the days before the
dream. A place you visited what is the first thing
that comes to mind, or the person your with and
how does that person make you feel.
so...
IF... your dream is about a city.
What are the first thing that comes to your mind
when you think about that place?
Busy !
So ask yourself what in your life is causing you to be so busy
and is this hectic nature making you feel stressed etc.
